Inspire Your Heart With Art
Friday, January 31, 2020 is Inspire Your Heart with Art Day.
Art can reduce stress, inspire, and motivate. It has the power to move us to tears or make us laugh. Some art stays with us for a lifetime because of the emotions it inspires or events it brings mind. Inspire Your Heart with Art Day is a chance for you to experience and create art and discover what it has to offer. Look at what an artist is trying to say with their creations or say something with your own. No matter whether you are into music, painting, acting, sculpture, dance, poetry, sewing – any media can be inspiring.
Take some time today to listen to a favorite piece of music and see how it makes you feel or explore a new genre of art that you have never tried before. I encourage you to attend local museums, listen to various styles of music or attend a concert, go to a dance studio and take a lesson, or just watch a classic movie at home. Any form of art can bring inspiration and you can experience it in any venue that you have access to. Then create your own original art with the inspiration you receive from your art exploration.
Some ideas to get inspired:
Visit an art gallery
Read a good book
Listen to music
Attend a ballet performance
Start your masterpiece
Teach someone how to play an instrument
Attend an art lecture
Explore a new technique
See an inspirational film
Share your art with others
Event notice:
Inspire your heart with this unprecedented musical celebration of life. The Bringing Happy Back Experience (BHB) did a 90-minute global webcast, featuring some of the best in Las Vegas Entertainment in January 2019. Through uplifting and empowering music, personal stories and genuine compassion this world-class cast aims to Raise Vibes/Save Lives as it pays tribute to anyone who has been affected by tragedy, depression or crisis. This show can be viewed on their website at BringHappyBack.org. There will be another concert event this year at the Historic Ashland Armory in Oregon on January 31, 2020. More info can be found on their website.
Art doesn’t have to be perfect to inspire. Start exploring and see what speaks to your heart. Share what you feel and what you are inspired to create yourself. Have fun!
